New TS-3 Server

I made my own TS-3 server for the server, the IP is: 186.130.117.135
It's home hosted but i'll keep it online 24-7.
PD: Kubz, get into the TS server as soon as you can so i give you admin

Ezekiel I have no idea how to connect , there is only Address , and port . Tell me both of them so I can connect.
