Banned for Server Ad

I was banned for advertising a server. I dont see how its advertising if the chatlog thing doesnt even submit it, anyways im requesting this unban cause i will stop and also im upset about the no refunds... alot of people are upset about this, I know i am since someone stole my NG General position appearently, and the admins told me to post another app for leader then some guy whispered me saying he was NG leader when i was on the last server. Please let me be unbanned thanks. Plus I thought being a mapper is also being apart of the team but appearently not. I will help map still but im really upset about all the stuff thats happening.
