RULES
•Always be polite and kind to the clients, never insult them or you will get fired.

•If you have police problems ON duty you will get warned / demoted.

•Don't ever ask for promotions, that will surely get you demoted.

•Always listen to what higher ranks say, respect them and don't insult any of your colleagues or you will get /fire'ed

•If you are on TRIAL and you get demoted at a punishment, it will mean you will get fired.

Recruitment Process

The recruitment process for TaxiCabbie Co goes like this,


•Application.

•Interview.

•Driving test.

•Trial.


Application. Make your application look good. Use dots, commas, big letters in front of new sentences and so on. It's more pleasentful for us to read the application than reading something like this: "my name iz john_shark My age iss 23 and i come fromu america". Now, this is something we would like to see: "Hello, my name is John Shark. I'm 23 Years old and I Was born in America, Fort Carson." Put some effort into your application before posting it. Be creative and use your mind.

Interview.
After your application has been accepted, you will proceed to the interview. Usually it takes place in Montgomery Cabbie Co HQ/Office. There you will be asked numerous questions relating yourself and Cabbie Co. Once again, be creative, don't give short answers. We like long and tought trough answers.

Driving test.
This is it. Once you've passed the interview, you'll proceed to the driving test. Probably the most important part of the recruitment process. During the driving test, you will be asked to drive to different locations. Side-jobs, townhalls, anything. So, we can say that: To be succesful in Cabbie Co, you need: knowladge of towns, streets, countys. Medium English skill to communicate with your fares. (Might add something more)

TRIALThe TRIAL is the last step in the Recruitment Process, you will have 7 days to show off your skills as a Cab Driver and we will hold a good eye on you. If we get complaints and related about you, you will get fired right away. But if you do good and stay active in the 7 days you will pass the TRIAL and your now officially a part of The TaxiCabbie Co.

Tips:

• If a customer is getting very very annoying, say polite he has to stop or you will throw him out of the taxi.

• If someone called a taxi and you arrived and you don't trust it, you have the right to drive away. You have to be really sure though!

• Don't be a jerk against your colleagues or customers.

Put driving test after RP test.
